Important Wash & Liability Information

Customers who Fail To Follow Wash Instructions Will Be Held
Liable For Damage to Persons, Property and/or Vehicles.

Items Not Covered by Liability

The Wash Shack is not responsible for damage to the following:

  • Vehicles 7 Years or older

  • Pre-existing or prior vehicle damage

  • Power or motorized antennas

  • All externally attached items including: Bug shields, antennas, window visors, and wind deflectors

  • Luggage racks and roof accessories

  • Loose or aftermarket chrome

  • Windshield wipers, glued-on or aftermarket spoilers, wheels or extended valve stems

  • Power running boards in down position

  • Windshields with Prior Chips or Cracks

  • Non-Factory Installed Parts and Accessories

  • Any Kia Trim

  • Accidents Due To Driver Negligence

  • Pre-existing Paint Imperfections

  • Any non-factory or aftermarket items

Vehicle Restrictions

  • Oversized vehicles and/or oversized tires cannot be washed

  • Vehicles that exceed equipment limits may be refused service

  • Customers will be held responsible for damage caused to car wash equipment due to oversized or improper vehicles

Customer Responsibilities Before Entering the Wash

Please ensure the following before entering:

  • Truck beds are clear of all debris

  • Rain-sensing wipers are turned off

  • Windows are fully rolled up

  • Side mirrors are folded in

  • Tow hitches and rear-mounted accessories are removed

Membership Tag Policy

  • If a membership tag is damaged or not functioning, please come to the office for assistance

  • If a vehicle’s attached membership tag has been removed or tampered with, the membership will be forfeited without refund
